My mission is to help people do well and feel well at work. Coaching can be useful for both! I offer 2 types of coaching:

Professional coaching. In professional coaching, we meet 1-on-1 to figure out where you want to go in your work life and how you can get there. Your goals might be about:

  • well-being, work-life balance, and beating burnout
  • managing your time and attention so that you can stop procrastinating and achieve your goals
  • building specific skills like fearless public speaking
  • finding and honing your own leadership style
  • communicating with your team more effectively

I can support you with any/all of these things by creating a strong relationship as our foundation, then brainstorming strategies and incorporating tools backed by psychological science.

Team coaching. In team coaching, I work with small groups who want to make changes within their organization: for example, these leaders may be working to implement new practices, tackle a quality improvement project, or transform their workplace to be more trauma-informed and psychologically safe. I help teams structure this work, create a roadmap, and complete the journey. I can also assist with related needs like making meetings more effective and improving team communication.
