When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, I was inspired by all the people who were finding creative ways to put their knowledge and skills to use for the good of our community. Given my background as a clinical psychologist, researcher, and consultant specializing in resilience, stress, trauma, anxiety, and well-being, I decided to try to help out by sharing what I know about these topics in a podcast.
